A to Z Challenge: Grace

I worry sometimes that being Graceful is becoming a lost art. Graceful in our movements, our forgiveness of others (and ourselves), and in the way we treat one another.

I attend an amazing exercise class called Willpower & Grace, and one of the things that I love about it is the emphasis on graceful movement and how beneficial it is for our bodies.

There are many times that I wish I were as graceful as Ms. Audrey Hepburn...

What do you do to bring grace into your life?

  1. bringing grace into our lives by being a caring compassionate person.

  3. I pray a lot. It fills me with grace, but alas I am no more graceful. Love Audrey H. She was a graceful woman. Enjoy. Maria from Delight Directed Living

  4. Oh, to be as graceful as Audrey Hepburn!

  5. Grace has so many wonderful meanings, doesn't it? Here's one I will never forget from lessons I learned in childhood...

    Patience is a virtue
    Virtue is a Grace
    Grace is a little girl
    who never washed her face

  6. I had a shoulder injury and ever since then I've continued various exercises with elastic bands to stay supple. I also try to maintain a nice tone of voice even if I'm irritated - I love the old time term "fishwife" and don't want to be one. :-)

  7. I enjoy silence and believe everyone would feel the presence of amazing grace in their lives if they listened to the silence.

  8. No one is as graceful as Audrey, a true lady in everything she did. I so agree with you, people rush they don't move with grace, they think only of themselves and don't treat others with grace.
