A to Z Challenge: Marshmallows

This post is part of the April A-Z Blogging Challenge. This year my theme is simply, "things I know." Some posts will be informational, some about life lessons, some about things I've learned as an author/blogger.

Marshmallows taste best au flambe :)

  2. Have you every tried to microwave one... there a perfect time, what that is escapes me. I do know if you are off by a second it will explode.

I was out for a virtual walk today, so I thought let's visit the great A to Z team!

  4. I actually like to freeze them. The outsie gets nice and crackly. But paired with chocolate and graham crackers is SUBLIME.

  7. Like marshmallows? I love them! In candied yams, roasted over an open flame, in hot coco, and, of course, in rice krispies treats. See, you've made me hungry now, lol.

  8. I like marshmallows shaped in the form of small barnyard animals, covered in colored sugar with little spots of a chocolate-like substance for eyes. In fact, I think I'll go open that package on top of the fridge!

  13. Hi AJ .. I'm not that keen on marshmallows - too sickly .. but used to love roasting them over an open flame - delicious. I wrote about their origins in my M and the British Coast .. slightly longer than this post! Cheers Hilary
